Necessary Mayhem Label launches with 2 new smashers which feature the likes of Etana with August Town on the Innercity Lady Riddim and she also appears on the Worth your Weight in Gold riddim with Heatbroken. Also on the Worth Your Weight In Gold is Delroy Wilson who recorded this song over 30 years ago but a remix from Curtis Lynch using the original tapes has the tune sounding wonderful all over again. Gregory Isaacs appears on the Innercity lady riddim and it wouldnt be complete to have such a hard roots riddim without a dub from da Grynch. Check them out...

Necessary Mayhem is the first of the record labels to join the Reggae Sound network bringing with them the full NM catalogue. This also includes new sub labels Necessary Classics & Necessary Roots both of which start between now and early next year. Currently number 1 with various cuts on the “Come Down Riddim” in most territories in the reggae vinyl shops we aim to make them number one digitally.
